Proposed Rules for Comment - Radiation Control Program
This is to notify you that several publishing errors were identified in the Texas Register issue of the proposed RAM rules. Formal Corrections of Error with specific citations will be issued by the Texas Register within the next two weeks. In light of the existing publishing errors and as an interim solution to this issue, the Department of State Health Services, Radiation Operations Branch, is providing a PDF version of the Radiation Control rules that were provided to the Texas Register (linked here):

The rules will be open for comment beginning June 14, 2024, and ending on July 15, 2024. The proposed rules as published in the Texas Register are available on the HHS website at hhs.texas.gov/regulations/policies-rules/health-human-services-rulemaking/comment-proposed-draft-rules (you must scroll down to the Proposed Rules to find Project No. 23R011).
Public Comment: The Department of State Health Services welcomes public comments on the proposed rules of 25 TAC §289.201, 25 TAC §289.202, 25 TAC §289.253, 25 TAC §289.255, 25 TAC §289.256, 25 TAC §289.257, and 25 TAC §289.258.
