Military Service Member Complaints
Section 55.0043 of the Texas Occupations Code requires State agencies to track complaints filed against military service members, veterans, or spouses who hold a license issued by that agency (or whose out-of-state license is recognized by the agency).
Agencies are required to publish this complaint data on their website and updates to this information must be posted at least quarterly.
