Permisos de exhumación
Disinterment permits issued by Vital Statistics serve as the authority to disinter, transport, and reinter a body within Texas.
If the body is to be removed from the state, transported by common carrier within the state, or cremated, a Burial-Transit Permit must also be obtained from the Local Registrar.

Los permisos de exhumación expedidos por Estadísticas Vitales tienen la validez de una autoridad para desenterrar, transportar y volver a enterrar un cuerpo en el estado de Texas.
Si el cuerpo va a ser trasladado fuera del estado, transportado por un medio de transporte común dentro del estado, o cremado, es necesario obtener también un permiso de sepultura y tránsito expedido por el Registrador local.
