  • Texas Hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

  • All Freestanding Emergency Medical Care facilities in Texas.


 

What to Report

For Hospitals

Inpatient discharge data. This includes diagnoses, procedures, charges, and patient demographics.

For Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Emergency Medical Care Facilities

Outpatient and emergency department data. This includes patient demographics, diagnoses, and procedures.
