Table of Contents Request Form
The Medical and Research Library at the Texas Department of State Health Services provides a free tables of contents service to employees of the Texas Health and Human Services enterprise. You may sign up for the groups of journals or individual journal titles you would like to receive. Additional journals may be requested using the text box at the bottom of this screen. The tables of contents are sent via email. If you have any questions, please contact the library at library@dshs.texas.gov.
