COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic in Atascosa County – 1/26/2021

All appointments for this event have been filled.

The Texas Department of State Health Services will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Jourdanton, Texas on 1/26/2021.  Five hundred fifty (550) doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine will be administered. 

You must have an appointment to receive a vaccine.  Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Who is eligible to receive a vaccine?
You must be 18 years or older to receive a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.

You must not currently have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 10 days.

Individuals who are part of the Phase 1A or Phase 1B group qualify to receive a vaccine.  For more information about who is included in these groups, please visit: https://www.dshs.state.tx.us/coronavirus/immunize/vaccine.aspx

If you register to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at the DSHS clinic in Jourdanton, Texas on 1/26/2021, you are attesting that you meet the criteria to be included in either Phase 1A or Phase 1B.

What should I do on the day of the clinic?
If you have registered for an appointment:

  • Bring a face mask to wear at the clinic
  • Arrive no more than 15 minutes early for your appointment

On the day of your appointment, make sure to bring:

  • Identification
  • Your health insurance information, if you have insurance
