Storage/Preservation Prior to Shipping
  • Specimen should be maintained at 1.0° to 8.0°C.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Sample must be collected in sterile container and have sufficient head space (~1 inch) for proper mixing. 
  • A temperature control (TC) must be included, using the same container type, with every set of samples shipped; it should be approximately the same volume.
