The Tapeats Fund (Rolling Basis)

Topfer Family Foundation (Rolling Basis)

Direct Relief Partnership Network (Rolling Basis)
A partnership program for healthcare facilities that extends medication access to patients who are unable to afford prescriptions, reduces procurement costs of medications and supplies, and leverages resources to foster healthier communities. Public Funding Announcements
HHSC: Family Violence Prevention and Services Program (November 25, 2025)
HHS0016500. The purpose of this program is to promote self-sufficiency, long-term independence, and safety from Family Violence and Dating Violence to Survivors and their dependents, household members, and/or family members statewide to reduce the negative impacts of Family Violence on Families and communities. Award: Multiple awards of up to $650,000 for five-year project periods. A 20% match is required. Geographic Scope: Dallas and Kendall Counties.
HHSC: BHS - Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) (December 12, 2025)
HHS0016124. PATH services provide outreach and engage people not currently connected to mainstream mental health services, primary health care, and substance abuse service systems. Awarded Grantees shall meet the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) goal for PATH programs, which is to reduce or eliminate homelessness for individuals with serious mental illnesses or co-occurring substance use disorders who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Eligible applicants include governmental entities, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations. Award: 16 awards of up to $6,000,000 for a five (5) year project period. Geographic Scope: Texas.
TDA: 2026 Colonia Fund Construction Program (January 8, 2026)
Grants for water and wastewater improvements, housing rehabilitation for low-to moderate-income households, and similar basic needs for colonia residents. Award: Up to $1,000,000. Geographic Scope: Texas colonias within 150 miles of the Texas-Mexico border.
TPWD: Recreational Trails Grants (February 1, 2026)
Funds to spend on both motorized and non-motorized recreational trail projects, such as the construction of new recreational trails, improving existing trails, developing trailheads or trailside facilities, and acquiring trail corridors. CDC: Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program - NEW (Year 1) (April 14, 2026)
