Lockout/Tagout for Affected Workers

Employees who may be impacted or affected by the de-energization of equipment or processes are affected workers, and they are the focus of this program. Although affected workers do not perform lockout procedures, they are required to know how to interact with the authorized employees who actually perform the lockout. This DVD has the following chapters: fire safety; burn hazards; choking, suffocation and strangulation hazards; the safe baby; preventing falls; drowning prevention; poison patrol; hazards in the air; and preparing for emergencies. It explains the dangers of lithium batteries. It has the most recent SIDS prevention guidelines as well as the current recommendations for baby gates and car seats. The full-length version of this program is 41 minutes. A shorter, 20-minute version is also included.
