May is Stroke Awareness Month

Stroke is the third leading cause of death in Texas. Anyone, including children, can have a stroke. The changes you make now can reduce your chances of having a stroke later. Make healthy choices such as not smoking, limiting alcoholic beverages, eating healthier, and exercising to reduce your risk.
